Tom Arodz - associate professor at the Department of Computer Science, College of Engineering, VCU, and co-director of VCU Center for Microbiome Engineering and Data Analysis (cMEDA).

Dr. Arodz holds Ph.D. in computer science from AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow, Poland. His dissertation on ensemble learning for biomedical problems was recognized with Prime Minister's Award. Dr. Arodz graduated from a five-year BS-MS program in CS at AGH with a thesis on classification methods for face recognition, and also from a five-year BS-MS program in biotechnology at Jagiellonian University in Krakow with a thesis on effects of point mutations on protein structure.

Ali Panahi - graduated in 2021, currently a software engineer at C3 AI.

Seyran Saeedi - graduated in 2020, currently a postdoc at UCSB.

Han Zhang - graduated in 2020, currently a faculty at Dongbei U. in China.

Yahya Bokhari - graduated in 2018, currently a postdoc at KAUST in Saudi Arabia.

Xi Gao - graduated in 2015, currently a data scientist at Facebook.

Janusz Slawek - graduated in 2014, currently a software engineer at Amazon AWS.
